Connecting Your VM-1110xl

6.2 Connecting a 2x1:5 Mono DA

To connect

the VM-1110xl as a 2x1:5 mono DA, as the example in Figure

3 illustrates, do the following:

1. Connect mono audio source A (for example, a mono audio player) to

INPUT A on the rear panel.

2. Connect mono audio source B (for example, a mono audio player) to

INPUT B on the rear panel.

3. Connect up to 10 audio acceptors

to the OUT connectors on the rear

panel. The A INPUT feeds to the A OUT connectors and the B INPUT

feeds to the B OUT connectors.

4. On the front panel, press IN the 1:10 / 2x1:5 button.

5. Connect the power cord to the electricity supply.

6. Switch on the VM-1110xl.

The audio input is distributed to the audio outputs.

1 Switch OFF the power on each device before connecting it to your VM-1110xl. After connecting your VM-1110xl, switch on

its power and then switch on the power on each device
