Computer Graphics Video, Audio & Data over Twisted Pair Receiver with Auto EQ & Skew

The TP−134 is a high−performance,

extended range twisted pair receiver for

computer graphics video,

balanced/unbalanced stereo audio and

bidirectional RS−232 data signals. The

−133 converts input signals to twisted

pair signals and the TP−134 converts the

twisted pair signals back into the original

formats.

Inputs

1 twisted pair on an RJ−45 connector.

Outputs

1 computer graphics video on a 15−pin HD, 1 unbalanced stereo audio on a 3.5mm, 1 balanced stereo

audio on a terminal block.

Resolution

Up to WUXGA, 1920x1200.

RS-232 Port

Full−duplex, bidirectional transmission.

Automatic EQ Compensation

Automatically detects and compensates for the EQ losses in the TP cable. Can also

be set manually.

Automatic Skew Correction

Automatic detects and corrects the differential delay in the R, B & B color components

due to the TP cable. Can also be set manually.

Cable

UTP (unshielded twisted pair) or STP (shielded twisted pair) cable such as CAT 5.

Range

Up to 200m (656ft).

Control

Skew: auto or manual (R, G & B); equalization (peaking): auto or manual.

Built in Test Pattern Generator

for manually seting R, G & B skew and equalization.

Indicators

Blue, Green/Link, Red/Power LEDS to set color and equalization.

Compact MegaTOOLS™

2 units can be rack mounted side−

−side in a 1U rack space with the optional RK−T2B

universal rack adapter.
